Magnetic Island - Tranquility Base

Project Achievements - The innovative footing design incorporates natural boulders and an innovative bracing solution maximises the view.

This modern Queenslander containing three master suites and a communal living area was designed for an offshore site in an eco friendly subdivision. This impressive building utilises steel, concrete, masonry and timber construction. Constructability and minimal site works were primary design issues.  Careful detailing was required to maintain the architectural intent.
