Client - Trinity Park Investments / Capital Globe Investments

Project Achievements -

    Providing project management of consultants, scoping, timetable, task management and budget;

    Gathering of background information, economic studies (subconsultants) etc.;

    Development of Structure Plans and Master Plans;

    Drafting of legislative provisions;

    Consultation coordination.

 

Flanagan Consulting Group project managed and worked with Cairns Regional Council, Land Owners and the Community in the preparation of a Schedule 1 Amendment to CairnsPlan for the establishment of the Town Centre.
