The Northpoint Estate at Smithfield is a multi-staged development comprising 230 residential and mixed-use allotments.  The site is bound by Captain Cook Highway to the west and a future DTMR main road corridor to the east.  The development of the site involved the design and documentation of a signalized intersection with the Highway including localized road widening.  The design and documentation of a major sewerage pump station and rising main was also required to service the site.
