Project Achievements -

The preparation of key inputs into a Zone Plan to inform future development planning of Defence establishments in the Townsville Region, a key northern stronghold for the Department of Defense.

Flanagan Consulting Group and Parsons Brinckerhoff were commissioned to develop the Townsville Area Zone Plan for the Department of Defence.  The Townsville Area Zone Plan provides a strategic framework for the operation and development of Defence establishments in the Townsville Region over the next 30 years.  

Flanagan Consulting Group’s major responsibilities were to develop a Site Analysis Paper, an Issues Analysis Paper and a Zone Options Report.
