Project Achievements -This multi award winning project was nominated for Project of the Year for the NQ Engineering Awards and swept the Master Builders Awards taking best Tourism & Hospitality Facility over $30 million, Best Residential Building $15 million to $60 million and the Project of the Year for the Far North Queensland Region.
A major multi-use development of 1,400sqm of up-market retail and restaurants below 33 luxury apartments boasting exclusive entertainment terraces with 23 rooftop swimming pools and spas Flanagan Consulting Group’s ‘Structural Engineering’ Unit worked closely with the developer and the Queensland project management and construction company Matrix, to develop the project whilst overcoming a number of engineering challenges with innovative and practical design solutions.
