Project Achievements - An interesting design aspect was the requirement for the lift shaft in the existing 5 leveled building to be extended to service the new tower.  It has been framed in structural steel as a “bolt on” addition to the side of the new concrete tower. 

A luxury, 16 storey tower situated in Townsville’s central business district comprising 12 two bedroom apartments, 32 three bedroom apartments and two luxurious penthouses.` Every apartment will offer magnificent views of Magnetic Island, the spectacular North Queensland coastline or Townsville’s vibrant CBD. The building consists of a combination of precast and insitu wall, with post-tensioned transfer deck and reinforced concrete tower slabs.  The roof is framed in structural steel.
